Food | Oatmeal pancakes.

Hi lovies, on my last ' week in pictures' post, I showed you oatmeal pancakes I made in a very short time. Well i've got some comments that you would like to know the recipe. So here it is. It's a very simple recipe, so don't worry and I'm also still working on the pancakes maybe by adding some yoghourt, but that's totaly up to you! Enjoy.
  



Ingredients: 

  • Soya milk - you can also use regular milk if you'd like 
  • Agave sirup - these kinda sugars take more time to enter your body, so technically this is healthier 
  • An egg 
  • Oatmeal flakes - I take the bigger flakes because I like them more, it's up to you   


First step: Take a bowl and put the oatmeal flakes and the egg in it. 
With the amount of oatmeal, it depends. If you like to really taste the flavor you take a lot and if not you take less. I took two small grabs with my hand. 


Second step: Mix these two ingredients together, it has to be something like the picture underneath. 


Third step: Now you'll be adding the milk. Add it in small amounts so that the oatmeal has the time to absorb the milk. When you add a lot of milk you'll get more running pancakes, you'll have to see with the amount of oatmeal you put into the bowl. Then stir it all together until you barely see the milk in a running form. ( see picture underneath. ) 



Fourth step: Add some agave sirup. Not to much, A small table spoon will do it. Because when it's ready you'll be adding more sirup when eating it. 


Fifth step: Now that you pancake batter is ready, it's time to cook! Put some butter or oil in the pan and heat it up. Add the batter in the thickness and size you want. Let it cook on both sides.



Sixth step: Now your pancakes are ready. Put some fruit between the pancakes, you can choose wich one. I chose kiwi and banana. If you want you can add some more agave sirup on top to add a bit more sweetness to it.


I hope you'll love it the same way I do. You can also make it the night before and then heat it up again in the morning if you don't have the time to make it  in the morning, that also works. Oh and let me know when you made them and if you liked them. Have a great day!
