Happy Saturday you guys! What better way to start the weekend than with a new fun diy. You all know I loveeeeeee marble. Like if I could, everything would be marble. So today I have an easy 4-step diy banner, and yes, it's marble. I absolutely love it and it suits very well in my room. Curious how you can make this for yourself? Keep on reading.

What do you need
  • Marble foil
  • Scissors
  • Pencil & ruler
  • MDF Garland
I bought two packs of these MDF banners, but I only used one pack (6pieces) they also come with a ribbon. I bought these in the Action for €1,50 I think.

Step 1
Turn the foil with the printed side facing down. So when you lay the mdf on the foil you can trace it with your pencil. Make sure to add an extra cm on each side (left & right) so you can attach it on the back, your sides will look more professional and neat. Cut the pattern out and stick it onto the mdf.
 Step 2
When you attached the foil it's time to make holes. I used a sharp object to cut it out. Just use whatever you like, but be careful you don't damage your surface.
 Step 3
Now it's time to repeat step 1 and 2 to all the other banner pieces. Take your time, you want it to be neat and not messy.
Step 4
When you did every amount of pieces you wanted it's time to take your ribbon and attach it to your banner. I used tape to attach it to the back, I wanted to make sure the mdf wouldn't move. This is optional. I just loved the little space of ribbon in-between the marble.

Well if that wasn't easy I don't know what is.
